We want our customers to easily find the right fit. We allow our clients to exchange for a different size, color, or store credit.

Easy Exchanges

Want to exchange your purchase for a different size/color? Follow the steps below:

  • Write us an email to swimearbossa@gmail.com with your order number and exchange request, please remember to provide the reason why you would like to exchange.
  • Unfortunately we are still a small company and we don't offer free returns. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
  • Please note: If the returned item has been worn or stained, we won’t be able to process the return.
  • Once we receive and inspect the item we will send your exchange to you. Processing time may take up to 14 business days.
Important: The item remains your responsibility until it is received at our warehouse. 

    Returns

    We happily accept returns in their original condition (unused, unworn, unwashed with all bossa tags and hygiene sticker attached) within 30 days after the date of delivery for a refund. 

    Returns that do not meet the above-mentioned conditions will not be refunded. We reserve the right to refuse a refund if a product is damaged, washed, dirty, or missing tags.

    How will I receive my refund?
    Once a return is approved, the purchase amount will be refunded using the same payment method you used for the original transaction.

    When will I receive my refund?
    Once we confirm that the returned item(s) are in perfect condition with all original packaging and labels, you will receive an email notification of the credited amount to your account.

    What if the refunded amount is incorrect?
    In such cases, please contact us at swimearbossa@gmail.com - we will strive to resolve the issue promptly.

    What if I receive an incorrect or defective item?
    If bossa mistakenly sends an item different from what you ordered, or if the product is defective, please contact us at swimearbossa@gmail.com to arrange a return and/or exchange. In such instances, bossa will bear the costs of both shipping and return.
